You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, free of charge. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellation Due to Damage or DefectIf the product is found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please inform the installation person immediately.
Report the issue within 72 hours by raising a ticket at: supports@neudot.in
The issue will be assessed within 72 hours, and an appropriate solution (replacement, return, or repair) will be provided at Neudot’s discretion.
For fragile items, please record an unboxing video to support your claim.
Cancellation Due to Wrong ProductIf the delivered product does not match your order specifications, raise the concern immediately by contacting: supports@neudot.in
You are eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
All returns and refunds will be initiated only after pickup of the returned items from the customer’s location. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Refund MethodRefunds will be made via NEFT, UPI, or the original method of payment, depending on the transaction type.
