Return Policy

At Neudot, we prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund policies carefully.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, free of charge. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellation Due to Damage or Defect

If the product is found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please inform the installation person immediately.

Report the issue within 72 hours by raising a ticket at: supports@neudot.in

The issue will be assessed within 72 hours, and an appropriate solution (replacement, return, or repair) will be provided at Neudot’s discretion.

For fragile items, please record an unboxing video to support your claim.

Cancellation Due to Wrong Product

If the delivered product does not match your order specifications, raise the concern immediately by contacting: supports@neudot.in

Return & Refund Process

Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or does not match your order.
  • The issue is reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Process

All returns and refunds will be initiated only after pickup of the returned items from the customer’s location. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made via NEFT, UPI, or the original method of payment, depending on the transaction type.

Delivery

Our support and delivery team will coordinate with you for a hassle-free installation process.

  • Free delivery is applicable only for the first attempt at your shipping address.
  • In case of a missed delivery (by the customer), an extra visit charge will apply.
  • If there is no service lift available, our delivery partner will deliver only to the ground floor.
  • Extra charges may apply for weekend or specific-time deliveries.
  • Products will be held at the nearest delivery center for up to 7 days. After that, holding charges may apply.
