Return Policy

  1. Returns are not acceptable on products once sold.
  2. If, during installation, any parts show manufacturing defects, are missing, or panels are damaged, those parts will be replaced.
  3. Damaged items discovered on delivery must be reported to customer support within 48 hours. We may request photos or video. Claims raised after 48 hrs are not valid.

10-Days Replacement Only

Only manufacturing defects reported within 10 days from the date of delivery and installation will be entertained.

Examine the product on delivery/installation. If any part arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement. We reserve the right to request images or videos of the claimed damage. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.

Refund

Refunds are processed after the product is collected from the delivery location and will be credited only to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI).

EMI orders: For full refunds, the amount is credited back to the original mode of payment. For partial refunds, the refundable amount is transferred via NEFT so that remaining EMIs are not affected.

Cashback earned on the order will be deducted from neudot credits. If that cashback has already been used, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Timelines may vary per the terms of the financial service provider and the time the return is initiated.

Original Mode of Payment

  • Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI – 4 – 5 business days
  • Offline NEFT – 7 – 10 business days

Once the refund is initiated, the amount will reflect in your account within 7 – 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
