WARRANTY POLICY & CARE INSTRUCTION
Furniture Limited Warranty – Beds & Wardrobes
Covered in Warranty
Only manufacturing defects like frame bending & noise issues are covered.
Valid only in the territory of India and shall be extended only to the first end customer only.
The warranty does NOT cover the following
Any physical damage reported post 24 hours from the date of delivery/ installation of the product.
Manufacturing warranty does not cover damages resulting from wear & tear in the natural course of product usage, inadequate maintenance, wrong handling, improper movement, pest infection, moisture and water seepage, exposure to sunlight, rusting due to improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident of the product and/or improper installation of the product by the customer.
Warranty shall also not cover furniture products moved from one residential location to another by the customer. Furniture products moved to an unserviceable pin code, any modifications or alterations made to the products post-purchase, or not following the product care instructions. The company shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever.

Warranty shall be valid only when the Order ID is presented at the time of service.
The colour of the product may vary slightly compared to the picture displayed on your screen.
This is due to lighting, pixel quality and colour settings.
Measure your entrance (s), doorway(s) and the product(s) dimensions to ensure the product will fit in the preferred space.
Please expect an unevenness of up to 5 mm in the product due to differences in surfaces and floor levels.
Neudot or Service Partner delivering the product will not take up any type of civil work, such as drilling holes in the wall to mount the product.
In case the product appears to lack shine, wiping the surface with a cloth shall help clear the surface of dust particles.
The manufacturer reserves the right to assess the defect and accordingly offer repair or replacement with an equivalent product.
Any warranty claim must be accompanied by photos of the alleged defect, including close-up images of affected areas.
Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects.
MDF boards are not covered under warranty.
Solid wood will expand and contract throughout the year and acclimatise to its surroundings. Hairline cracks in the grooves or slight movements in panels or joints are quite normal. Issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty.
Please keep the item in its original condition, original packaging, with the user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
Care Instruction
Dust the furniture regularly. Wipe the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth damped in a wood-friendly cleanser. Immediately wipe the moisture with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.
In case of a spill, blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth in a gentle manner. Please make sure you do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly. Over time, exposure to air and sunlight may change the colour of wood & fabric.
To prevent fading, avoid placing the product in direct sunlight. Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts and scratches. Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the furniture as it might harm the natural finish and durability of the product. Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture and water or heat sources like HVAC vents or radiators.
Get your furniture cleaned professionally every 6- 8 months to take care of the corners and sides you cannot reach. Such professional cleaning leads to a longer life and durability of the product. Wood may expand or contract with seasonal changes and changes in humidity. Maintaining consistent levels of humidity will minimize movement in the wood and prevent warping.
Avoid dropping heavy materials directly on the surface of the furniture. Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.
10 Days Replacement Only
